Will’s clinical work is built on a foundation of trauma-informed care and client empowerment. He believes strongly in the innate capacity for healing that exists within us all, including those of us who feel defective or defeated. He utilizes a variety of different therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and EMDR. Prior to Green Counseling Services, Will worked in outpatient Community Mental Health, and at the Boulder Strong Resource Center, a resiliency center supporting affected community members in the aftermath of a mass shooting.
