Omnia is a licensed social worker located in our Iowa City office who is passionate about providing services to individuals experiencing grief, loss, trauma, opioid and substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and life adjustments/transitions. Omnia provides individual therapy to clients ranging from 15 years old into adulthood. Omnia has worked in many different settings, including behavioral health clinics specializing in substance use disorders, crisis stabilization units, and supporting individuals and families experiencing the death of a loved one.

Throughout all different settings, Omnia has emphasized empathy, continued growth, and self-empowerment when supporting clients in the pursuit of their life goals. Omnia’s approaches include motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based psychotherapy. Omnia values teaching clients to accept their current lives, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of other potential paths, and intentionally choosing goals to improve their lives through individualized, best-fit therapeutic techniques.
