Clinical Specialties

Maygan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois and a Licensed Individual Social Worker (LISW) in Iowa who sees clients out of our Davenport office. She has 10+ years working in the social services field with individuals with intellectual disabilities, case management for children, teens, and young adults, intake, assessment, and marketing for a pilot program for pregnant parents and parents of children under age 5, psychosocial support and program development for people impacted by cancer, community mental health therapy, and served as a board member on a local non-profit. Maygan currently focuses on ages 14+ struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, grief, stress, neurodivergence, cancer, and general life changes.  She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused, motivational interviewing, psycho-education, person centered, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), strengths-based, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care approaches.
