Lauren is a Licensed Social Worker out of the West Des Moines office and has experience working with teens and adults focusing on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and disordered eating. In session, Lauren strives to engage clients in conversations around psychoeducation to normalize and understand aspects of mental health, openly explore thoughts and feelings without judgment, and receive practical regulation and self-care skills to implement in their daily lives. Healing journeys take time and each path is completely unique. Lauren works to empower her clients to listen to their mind and body to find the best path for them.
