Josh (he/him) is a compassionate and experienced licensed independent social worker, dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate a wide range of personal and relational challenges. With over 25 years of professional experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Josh’s therapeutic approach is centered on empowering clients through self-determination, while integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs. He is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected as they work toward personal growth and achieving their goals.

In addition to his clinical work, Josh has held roles teaching in various graduate programs and leadership across large health systems. However, it is his direct work with individuals and couples that remains his true passion. He believes in the inherent strength within each client and sees his role as a guide to help them uncover their potential and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
