Jake Stoltenberg (he/him) is based out of our Davenport office, offering therapeutic support to clients from childhood through adulthood. He employs a person-centered approach with a focus on empowerment, drawing from his educational background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Couples and Family Therapy.

Jake tailors therapeutic interventions to the unique needs and goals of his clients, integrating a variety of techniques to support their individual journeys. He practices radical acceptance, creating a safe and welcoming environment for individuals of all backgrounds and identities. Jake firmly believes in the inherent value and strength within each person, empowering clients to harness their untapped potential.
