Research shows DBT group therapy can be highly effective in learning to recognize, identify, and express difficult emotions.  The intent of this group is to teach you how to cope more effectively with intense emotions which might contribute to negative behaviors or strain in your interpersonal relationships.  

Our DBT group meets for 2 hours one time per week for 24 weeks (6 months).  It may be offered in onsite or telehealth formats.
