Chelsie (she/her/hers) is a mental health counselor invested in walking with her clients on their path to living empowered and authentic lives. She brings a nonjudgmental and accepting presence to the therapy room, meeting clients where they are at, and gently guides them in the work of bolstering their existing skillset while adding to it. Examination of the self is a necessary component for anyone seeking change, and she recognizes the courageousness of clients in making this commitment.

Providing mental health counseling to all individuals age 13+, Chelsie is a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirmative and culturally competent therapist. She has worked with historically underrepresented populations of students, survivors of domestic abuse and human trafficking, immigrants, and individuals and families impacted by terminal diseases. Her therapeutic modalities are eclectic and paired with the client’s own comfortability and interests. They include: transpersonal counseling psychology; person-centered therapy; acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT); cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); dreamwork; grounding techniques; and existential, Gestalt, and mindfulness-based approaches.
