Callie (She/They) is an LGBTQ+ identifying and affirming Licensed Master Social Worker out of the West Des Moines office offering both in-person and telehealth. Callie has experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, as well as co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. She utilizes a whole-person approach and looks at how all aspects of an individual's life may affect them and their recovery. Callie aims to provide every client with a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free environment through a genuine and humanistic approach. They utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. Callie enjoys working with individuals aged 15 and up.
