Abigail is a mental health counselor based in our Coralville office who works with ages 10 and older on presenting concerns including life transitions, difficulties with adjustments to life experiences, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and traumatic experiences. She often works with clients who are ready to dig deep into the 'why' behind their symptoms and engage in the 'how' of working through their experiences.

In her work, Abigail tends to combine person-centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical, relational-cultural, and mindfulness approaches. The therapeutic relationship is most important and her goal as your counselor is to create a safe space and meet you where you are in your journey. As her client, you are the captain of your ship, and she is here to help and guide you.

As someone who identifies as neurodivergent, Abigail understands the beauty and challenges of having a brain that works differently! Abigail invites you to show up as your true self when you work with her.
